Produced from Negroamaro (90%) and Primitivo (10%) grapes, handpicked in mid-September.

Alcoholic fermentation at temperatures that did not exceed 25°C (77°F), then aging for 12 months. Alcohol content 15% vo

Dense ruby red color. On the nose notes of vanilla and cinnamon, dark chocolate and humus. Hints of ripe cherry and black currant compote are interwoven with licorice notes in perfect balance. On the palate it is warm and soft, with smooth and fine tannins. Nice persistence

Chickpeas soup, honey-glazed duck fillet, braised wild boar with apples, garlic herb steak bites. Serve at 16-18°C (60-64°F).
